Have we just forgotten about Jamal adams, he was just as impactful as Devin White. I wouldn’t rank one above the other. Burrow is the obvious goat tho.

You're a fricking idiot. There have been a shitload of players who were projected early round picks that shut down during the season or chose not to play in their team's bowl games to avoid the risk of injury. Devin White, who had just won the Butkus award and was a projected top 5 pick was NOT one of them. NFL teams rarely use Top 5 picks on inside linebackers and they sure as hell don't waste them on linebackers that don't have a motor.

Jamaar Chase was the best non-QB in college football last year. It depends on how you rate this - career achievements or best absolute value in a given year. If it’s the latter no one is close to Chase. (Not counting Burrow, of course.)
