Perfect list, with exception to Wich St, FSU and Maine.

Miami
LSU
Texas
USC
CSF
I think Arizona is more blue blood than Stanford.

Oregon State is knocking on the door.

Miami, Stanford, Fullerton, Arizona State, Texas, could say USC but they haven’t been relevant since the 90’s

By name recogintion you have to include LSU, Texas and USC simply due to championships. People also think of Miami, Oregon State and CSF.

Left out, but should be included are Arizona St (5 titles) and Airzona (4 titles). Minnesota completes the list of 3 or more title holders with three won all 1964 and older.

Next tier would be programs with 2 or fewer and Florida State I'd say with their 58 tournament appearances with no titles to show for it. Always a shocking stat which I won't forget. Even more shocking is 23 CWS appearances with no titles and just three runner ups.

Of late, take your pick for the hot SEC team: Florida, Vandy, Ole Piss and Moo State all have at least one title, players in the pros and some fantastic seasons.

All in all, LSU is the clear and current blue blood in my opinion, but we are past due for a title. I really felt like 2017 was our year. We simply shouldn't go more than a decade without winning a title at this point.

You need a short bus fast.

Both are definitely blue bloods. It shouldn't even be up for debate. I don't even know what Scoob is talking about it sounds like he doesn't understand what a blue blood actually is.

Fullerton is still relevant though.. making post season.

Witchita St hasn't been relevent since '93 etc

Same with Arizona State. They have 5 titles but haven't been relevant since they ran that good coach off.

Honestly USC hasn't been relevant since '98.

I'd love an explanation of how Ole Miss is on this list and LSU is not...I'll wait!

LSU really isn't one, when it comes down to it- we ascended in the late 80's

It's been over 30 years since we won the first championship. We are currently one of THE most recognizable programs. Our coach left one of your "blue bloods" to be here...but if none of the other logic has worked, I'm sure I'm wasting my breath

Wichita St was a powerhouse before LSU. So was Texas, Maine, Miami, FSU, USC, Ok. St

So your definition of a blue blood is someone who was a powerhouse 40 or 50 years ago and that can’t change? So I guess you consider Army a blue blood football school.
