Yeah no shite... we did that in 73 when he left the team... what you mean to tell me that Patrick Peterson wasn't wearing Bert Jones Jersey?!?"
If the jersey can be worn, then it just needs to be a ring of honor...
If a jersey cannot be worn then it is retired...... the number
