Kyle like someone mentioned seems not as fun as he used to be to listen to. Ben has an energy in the booth and Kyle seems fairly lazy with his approach but pretty good still.

I like all of the college baseball guys but Ben is the best. None appear to want to make themselves “the” game and that’s what sets them apart from many FB and ALL basketball announcers.

Ben was in my freshman english class in 1985 when he was still on the basketball team. He wore a large, gaudy basketball pendant around his neck. We frat boys referred to him as the basketball goose. Little did we know.

To me Chris Burke is almost as good and his way of talking about hitters and what it takes to hit at this level is very on par to Ben talking about pitchers.

I just want to say, I agree about Kyle Peterson falling off. Dude is still good but seems like he is burnt out on the whole thing.

I still cannot understand how people have this huge dislike about some sports announcers. Turn it off if you don’t like the announcer.
