No. Hot shots are taken into account when scoring an error. I saw TW make great plays but he was no where near as good as what ive seen from Bregman this year. I don't think I have ever seen a SS as good as Bregman at LSU. JJ is a better defensive 2nd basemen than TW. TW was always a great hitter and the knock on him in the pros was his defense.
