If it's what you IMMEDIATELY thought of, as you said, then kind of.

unwarranted

Guy had a huge day today. Loved every minute of it. But he does struggle much of the time. Is it unwarranted to point that out?

I mean that's literally why they criticize him. Because he hasn't hit well

I agree with this to some degree, but some but not all will just ignore today and bash him tomorrow.

If you say so. I was glad to see a HR, especially from a guy who has received a bunch of shite on here.

Yes, Beau hit that dinger out of spite.

No going to lie, when he hit it I immediately thought about the shite he gets on here.
I'm happy for him.

100% positive he didn't do it out of spite ,

BUT-he knows. He has to, he's no dummy.

On a team full of elite athletes and pro prospects, he's a short dumpling who's built like Jack Black.
A group of premier fielders, and he's... a DH. A DH who bats 9th in the lineup.
A bunch of blazing speedsters, and he's the guy who gets thrown out by 5 paces trying to score from 3rd, on a play the rest of the team would be safe and fistbumping by the time he gets tagged out.

He strikes out with runners at 3rd and less than 2 outs, unless he hits into a double play... or dutifully drops a bunt.

You're goddamn right, Beau. Rip that homer and enjoy it.

Agree. He is lunging at the ball and catching the bottom of he ball instead of the top.

I thought he has had a solid CWS. He's moved runners when needed, and today was a great day for him.

If only you were good enough at a sport for anyone to value your opinion.

you are right on. let's see......."he looks uninterested in the dugout, looks lost in the dugout, won't argue calls, leaves pitchers in too long, pulls pitchers too soon, screws up the lineup, batting order, DH etc, etc, etc"

the big rap is fizzling out after the SEC race is over. if we don't win next week, this narrative will resurface.

the fact is, ANY LSU coach is not good enough unless they win the Natty. and even then, some yo-yo will say he got lucky.

Are we sure that was even Beau out there today? Last I heard Bryce had was pretty much healed but they weren't gonna burn his red shirt. I mean they are identical twins right. Maybe they ran Bryce out there today in beau's 24.
