There is no pressure on Alabama to win this game other than the hype.. Sure we want the win. Sure we want a chance to win the West and go to Atlanta... But noone in the national media expected us to before this season started.

Don't give us that "No pressure on Bama" crap. Saban wants to go to the SECCG in his first year. He's closer than he ever thought he would be. Theres plenty pressure on those players to Win for Saban, themselves and the fans.

Some of you are clueless. Saban and Bama are under NO pressure. This is a "gimme" year. Sure, we want to win all our games, but we could lose out and we'd just be excited about next year. But we won't lose out. We'll win at least 2 of the next 4.

Yeah, I don't know of anyone who feels the 'pressure'.

After losses to Georgia, FLA St, LSU and Auburn and maybe Miss St, we'll see who feels the pressure even in a 'gimme' year which is a retarded, loser like way of approaching a year in the first place.

Thats right... In 2000 his first season at LSU he lost to UAB

Saban personally went out on the field that Saturday and threw the 4 interceptions and then fumbled the ball 5 times against UAB just so you would lose that game.

He still took that team that year to 8-4
Which is a hell of alot better than the 4-7 and 3-8 you were in 1998 and 1999

Don't confuse them with facts. They like to believe their ex-gf was just a stupid whore. It hurts them to think that maybe they just weren't good enough.

Isn't he in his first season at Bama?

Ya'll could easily finish 8-4 this year. Didn't Bama go 6-6 last year? and 3-9 in 03 and 6-6 in 04?

That might be true. But losing to two of LSU, Auburn and Miss. State plus the bowl game is certainly possible; and that would leave you with 4 losses. Losing 3 of those games is also plausible, which would result in 5 losses. Thus, my reference to losing "4 or 5 games."

That's right, because Dinardo and Paul Hackett split the 2003 National Championship.

Now THAT'S funny!

Joey, they can also lose their bowl. The guy was 3-2 in bowls here, which, while not horrible, is nothing about which to write home (except for the 03 Sugar, that was epic.)

Joey are you an old AOL LSU message board poster who's father might be a district judge and who might be related to Nuts4LSU?

j/k. Yeah, that's me. Don't recall mentioning my dad over there, though.

I take it you were an old AOL regular as well?

I've been saying 6 losses all season for Bama. We'll see after the tailspin.

We're not confused. LSU practically coaches itself. Archer had two great seasons before the wheels came off, Hallman (a product of the UAT) fooled us with his, "I'll recruit Brett Favre and make millions" ploy, and even Dinardo did well until blind loyalty to inadequate coordinators (and recruiting discipline problems) did him in. Nobody is going to confuse Miles with a coaching legend (at this point), and has done extremely well.

LSU made your coach...not the other way around. (As opposed to the corollary, Bear Bryant MADE Bama.)

Yeah. I just saw your dad a few weeks ago. It was my first trip over there since about 2000. Holy crap you guys have good genetics. The old man looks better than ever. I just noticed Nuts posting over here a few months ago, but this was the first time I noticed you.

Psybj posts sometimes, too, but that's all of the old AOL regulars that I recognize.

Well, that's not saying much. Were you in court or just visiting? I haven't seen him since maybe the Chitlin Cookin. Is he thin and svelte as ever?
