Be Glad - At Least THE Band Showed Up!!

I sat across from the LSU band section (A?) and have to say the Tiger Band was awesome! The band and the fans in section A were rocking all game long. Maybe Les could get the band leaders to give the players a pep talk. And this is no joke, I think the real problem right now is a lack of leadership. It's not just about the talent, it takes leadership, and they graduated. That takes time.

It's good to hear the band put on a good show! I really wish they had taken everybody, even if it was a blowout.

Excellent show. That song where the fans were swaying back and forth doing some kind of a catchy chant saying L - S - U was very inspiring. What was that called? We passed the 2 band busses on I-12 yesterday around 4:15 and waved.

seriously....our band was freakin there?...I was drunk...but I didn't see em or hear them anywhere...I even asked the guy next to me and they said the band only traveled to one road game a year now...

It looked like a half band trip. I heard them all the way on the other corner of the stadium. WAY louder than UF with maybe 1/2 the players. They won the ESPN thing, btw. GEAUX BAND!

1.) it was section B,
2.) that was only a Prep band (less than 100...we took 350 to AU)
3.) we (the student section) had a blast from about 55 seconds left in the 2nd quarter until about 8 minutes left in the 3rd.
4.) we stayed until 0:00 left on the clock

I was stuck down near the field behind the lsu bench...way too much shite going on around me...and what's with the name calling douche bag..that was un called for...grow up...

I was in sec 65, band looked to be in A, but maybe it was B. They were playing their azz'z off. Looked like about 20 Horns or so but sounded like alot more. They were jacked.

well glad to hear it...we were just a small strip of lsu fans in the middle of a sea of florida gators in the student section..every time we got the L S U chant started we got shouted down with the damn "It's great to be a florida gator",,,crap...it was very disheartening...along with the arse kicking on field....

I gotta say that I am impressed with the Florida fans on here so far. You guys havent rubbed it in too bad, and you at least try and find positives for us at this point. I can't say we would have done the same.

Yeah they seemed to be kinda pointing, but looked to pointing one way then the other, like slowly waving their arms back and forth.
We passed 2 white chater busses on I-12 around 4 Sun that had yellow signs in the front windshield that I thought said 'LSU Band', plus maybe some other words. I was driving and couldn't focus for long. I took them to be carrying the LSU road band.

yea we only took 100 members of the band it was fun we played pretty well thanks for the compliment
