He was the a-hole that started this mess in the first place.

I wouldn't go that far. But if his department wouldn't have overcharged JJ, which they obviously did if the DA couldn't present enough evidence to a grand jury to get a felony indictment, then JJ would've never been suspended in the first place.

This one is ALL on the DAs office.

They were so retarded to pursue a felony charge in this case.

It was an absolute sham and an embarrasment that a grand jury had to tell them that. What a waste of taxpayer funds.

And DNA testing 100 pairs of shoes for a bar fight? Give me a fricking break. People kill people when they drive drunk and don't even get a felony many time.

to the DAs office

I don't think it's his place to be commenting on the situation, IMO.

The BRPD is the one who arrested JJ and booked him with a felony. You could blame the judge who signed the warrant for his felony arrest as well.

The DA did what he had to do. He was in a no win situation, so he let the grand jury do what they did.

He should just shut the hell up and do his damn job and stop trying to use it for a springboard for his political career.

That's the vibe I get from him...find the way the wind is blowing and head that way.

Baton Rouge police chief
Should shut his mouth. He has no authority to paint all LSU fans like the boobirds. He can take his profile and stick it up is arse.
