We have boys and they and myself have been there. Totally depends on the surgeon. Had great luck with Chip, Field, Rabalais, etc. There are 1 or 2 others that I avoid, but not going to mention names because I know them and like them as people.

If he goes to Andrews in Birmingham, he will see Dr. Waldrop. He’s also the foot and ankle doc for the Saints.

Waldrop and Dugas are fantastic surgeons. Waldrop for ankles and Dugas for elbows.

I got to shadow Waldrop and Cain about 5 years ago for a whole month.

andrews aint doing surgery anymore, dude is in his 90s.
if whit has surgery in birmingham it'll prob be Waldrop doing the surgery, who is one of the best foot and ankle surgeons in the south. I would have no concerns about that.
