I doubt Ugo and Bashir are starters if the 5th-year guys can retain eligibility. Look for Wade to upgrade the guard position.
Also, Wade is strongly pursuing some 5th-year post guys. So, maybe he knows an international or two won't make it.
In the end, this will be an improved roster over past seasons.
