A player on this team needs to go off on the whole team and show some leadership. The problem is no one is leading enough to do that. No one has credibility for it to mean anything.

Just as soon as we start mounting some public support for firing Alleva he will fire a coach and everyone will be happy with him until they announce the replacement and we will go through the motions all over again.
