Wade definitely has team heading down the right road. We all knew there would be growing pains. Playing with mostly Jones players and doing well. Don't give up on this team, I think we will make the big dance this year. This loss may be a blessing in disguise . Kids been reading a lot of paper clippings . Please don't give up on this team as I stated with a little support from us and Wades coaching we are looking at a bright future.

I think we look back on tonight at some point and see it as a turning point. The passion, the crowd, the intensity, the hustle. It was all there and we just came up a little short. Unlike football, you see hope and movement in the right direction.

I know basketball and Wade is def the right man for the job. First time in years I have seen a round ball coach show any passion . Love the guy, also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

They just didn't play well tonight and the talent isn't quite there to win those games when they're not clicking on all cylinders. Wade has made a massive difference with this team already. Jones loses that game by 25 points. They had their chances and just couldn't capitalize on them and that happens to every team throughout a season. I can't wait to see this team when Wade gets all the talent he needs. They'll be a force and that's being made obvious with how improved they are just through 12 games of year 1.

Got to admit...this LSU basketball team has surpassed anything people thought possible in a short time...you win some you are suppose to lose and you lose some you should win..it’s growing pains and it’s going to take patience...lots of patience ...but when Will Wade gets his players and he gets his basketball plan going LSU is going to be bad arse in basketball....

This year is about setting a culture, serving notice in the SEC and qualifying for postseason.

It's positive, because we know we have our hoops version of saban. Wade is reviving this sleeping giant, and we can all see this. Great things are coming soon for LSU!!!

Listening to Wade right now. He feels disappointed in himself and his players. Says he holds himself to high standards. You can tell he’s sincere.
