I feel like quarterman never knows what he is gonna do with the ball until the last second. Everytime he drives it looks like that

That's not true at all. He can pretty much get a foul call whenever he wants. Part of that is undoubtedly due to his size and ability to handle the ball, but part of that is the superstar treatment.
