What more accurate answer are you looking for?
I'd try Eric Hummel in the ticket office.

don't have tickets, i'm on the waiting list with a ranking in TAF of right under 8000

well they go though Current Season Ticket holders First. Then the waitlist by Priority Point order.

I spoke with them yesterday. They are just starting to get to the current season ticket holders in the bleacher sections.
The way that it works, they have assigned all season ticket holders "comparable seats" to what they had in the old box. They are NOT calling the season ticket holders in the bleachers by section, but by priority points. SO, if you were in R5, but were at the top of the priority points list, then you get first dibs on upgrading to any open seats in the grandstand.

We were called last week...had seats in L3, and were able to upgrade substantially...

24/48, ffishtik is correct. See my earlier post. I've been at several meetings with TAF and Athletic dept people and the procedure is as described in my earlier post. They still have not reached the 1000 priority point ranking. I have a friend who is in the 900s and hasn't been called yet. The ticket office manpower has shifted to football so the process has slowed. The first week they were averaging about 13 ticket holders a day. I am around 4000 in the rankings so I've got a wait ahead of me. I'll post when my 900 friend gets his call.

Man this is weird, I guess LSU tell you what you want to hear when you call with a concern.(which is basiclly Lying to You) That just not right to Loyal Supporters to LSU.
Kim Jong Ir , please keep us updated.
And anyone out there who can offer info, please do.

I hate to repeat this, but they told me it would probably be late Sept. or Oct. before they started calling people on the NEW seson ticket wait list!

My friend with bleacher seats and a 900 something point ranking got called Wednesday. He was able to upgrade to grandstand. He was told that the focus at the ticket office is still on getting the football tickets done. They are only averaging about 5 baseball ticket calls a day now and they have not even reached the 100th bleacher call. Things will speed up once all the football tickets are sent out. I have friends with various point rankings higher than mine so I'll keep you posted as they get called.

Based upon my info, I think that is accurate.
