Baseball Spring Scrimmage #5 2/3/18

Sorry baseball fans, due to the secretive, mercurial scheduling of LSU baseball scrimmages this year, I was not able to attend the scrimmage today. I have talked to the baseball office and a coach about this problem to no avail. I hope that I will be able to snoop out a reliable schedule for next week so that I may post reports for those who cannot attend.

I was thinking about asking one of those LSU media guys if they could get a schedule somehow. Don't know if it would do any good, but worth a shot I suppose.

Eight hits for a scrimmage is greater than usual. I guess the pitchers throwing today were not the ones we will see often this season.

Lights were on and plenty cars were in baseball parking lot at 2:00 on my way to PMAC for basketball. It was empty after game at 4:30.

I don't know who threw against the "starters" group(they had most of the hits in the scrimmage) but I heard Webre's HR and 2b were off of Hess.....
