I'd be willing to bet more of them turned off the TV during the comeback.

Agreed but it will only start the anti baseball coach fans complaining about our baseball coach.

Heck I turned off when the score became 6-0... then turned back on just before the Bryce granny!... then fell asleep after the next scoreless inning. Missed the victory pile.

So we have a good coach and he wasn't hired by Clueless Joe. Shocking.

It saves because that's baseba........ Nope, not gonna do it.

I'll save it for one of the resident LSU baseball Pump Lump Nut Butter MA's.

The season is underway so it wont be long now though. It's coming. Wait for it ..............

Wow. Someone who is annoyed by that saying usually doesn't understand the sport.

Proud of the comeback. Loved the grit. BUT, Softball swept 2 games and Gymnastics has its season high in a route. How exactly did “baseball save the day”?

Down 6-0 I went made a big ol bourbon drink and called for a rally. My wife was half asleep and almost fell out off the couch I was whooping it up so much.

hell, I didn't even get to start the streaming until the fifth when we were down 0-6. I missed the entire appearance by Gilbert. it was a hell of a game. typical first game from what I saw. we have a ways to go but I liked what I saw for the most part.

I had plans so I left before the homeruns. But I mainly watched to see how Gilbert would look as a Friday starter. Ehhh, he definitely did not have much stuff last night. I thought the first inning might have been due to nerves and emotion, but it just continued. I hope things get better for the young man as the season progresses. The Tigers need him to step up big time.

Damn good game indeed. Just a bit worried with Gilbert though. Beck and Bain looked the best I have ever seen from them, so that's encouraging.

I turned on the TV during Smith's HR swing. Not even lying.
