normally i'm in here following along with the baseball thread and commenting here and there but this game had me in a choke hold for 9 innings. i couldn't have asked for a better finish. (well i guess i could have, if jones could have gotten on and moved hanover around...) but to go 3^3d with K's like that on al fast balls? i mean frick, that's just some bad arse shite.

so the way it looking if Ole Miss holds off arkansas we will have a 4 game lead over Arkansas
Miss State will jump into 10th place if handy loses
and we are 5 games up on Auburn

It's an odd stat line considering he was dialing it up to 102 and only had like 83 pitches in the 6th inning.

We will never know, but my opinion is that Ott would have benefitted from Dunn just like the rest of the staff...and probably returned to his dominant self.
