Can't help but think if they bases weren't loaded the runner at 3rd hesitates and we can gun him out at home. Even after the kick.

Bases loaded 2 outs batter hits one back up the middle. Newman intentionally sticks his foot out and clips it on the way by, basically assuring no play by the defense.

You might want to review how LSU tends to fare these days when they face a good team, whether it's in Omaha, or in a setting like this one.

bases loaded 2 out 2 strikes chubby hits a grounder to 3b side of mound. newman sticks his foot out and kicks the ball. no play , tech wins. still think krob makes that play and we are still playing.
