Paul better hire some assistant coaches who can help him next year....this reminds me of Dinardo hiring friends and relatives as assistant coaches and we all know what happened to him

The worst thing about this crash and burn is that it's all mental at this point. The talent is there, but they are flat and have nothing good to hang their hats on lately.
