Fair enough. I'm 29, and I know plenty of people my age are the "We should never lose to Nicholls in any sport ever" type.
At 29 I would have been cursing up a storm and ready to fire the bat girls after a 12 pack and 3 lines.

That’s exactly correct. We’ve just started playing baseball, it’s a young team with tons of new faces at new positions. These guys will find their rhythm as a team and the assistants will find the right buttons to push.
These early loses are good for a young team. Helps them grow and learn a lot about themselves. These midweek teams are throwing their ace out there trying to beat LSU while we’re scrimmaging.
Our pitching looks solid and our defense will get better with the season. The offense will come along also but these guys will have to grow a little this season. Hopefully they grow quickly and we have a great post season. I enjoy watching the growth of a team. It’s a little scary if we were to come out hot straight out the gate. How long would that last? Especially with a younger team. I like to see progress and growth then get super hot at the end.

We have seen six outfielders and only I has been able to hit and he hasn’t been top notch. Our position player recruiting has been horrible.

It wasn't fun to watch by any means. But I knew the season wasn't over, despite the Rant saying otherwise.

I’m just glad the rant took a collective step back off the ledge
watching everybody melt like our program was done for on Friday night was free HBO

It lasted into the Saturday game until we went up 6-0. Since then, not of those fools has shown up to say good game or anything. It's hilarious.

This board threw in the towel in March on a national runner-up team, I'm not surprised.

I can't lie. I'm shocked that it's THIS bad THIS early in the season.

Same here. Admittedly we weren't looking good for a while, but I've never seen TD give up on a baseball season in February before.

If we had lost like 6 or 7 to start to the season or some shite, I’d understand, but damn we’re 5-3 and starting a ton of players that have little to no starting experience with a good number of them getting their first cracks at college baseball in these early weekend series. Growing pains should be expected. I swear some people on here live to bitch.
