The dumb part is, the rain could completely stop as soon as the game gets called and they wouldnt be able to change the plan ..

Although not optimal, two 7 inning games may be to our benefit considering the trials and tribulations of our bullpen. Maybe it may help us considering our third starter is unproven.

They had to have had a reason to cancel it. Either they didnt see enough of a window or it's just a little break now

Yes they played two 9 inning games but it was the 1st and 2nd games of the series and not on the final day of the series

I guess it's easier to play 14 innings in a 10 hour window then a 9 inning game in a 4 hour window if they have scattered storms
