I questioned the gibbs hire at the time. I didnt agree with the move. With that said, the timing of cannizaros deprture was really late, so options werent that many

How does Paul go out of his way to ask Alleva for a video coordinator for some competive advantage, but settles for hiring guys that are still not even 10 years removed from being college players?
