You said our BEST hitter missed MOST of the year. While those guys are all above average hitters, I wouldn’t say they’re our best and that any of them missed substantial time outside of Dugas, a freshman who wasn’t expected to contribute much. Definitely not our best hitter.

I didnt want to include hughes or mathis, they add nothing offensively

We are about to be 14-11 and 30-20

You called posters who said we weren’t a great team a month ago “children with emotional outburst that don’t know baseball”

That’s my entire point. You were wrong about this team but acted like a king on a throne higher than giraffe pussy this entire time

Cabrera has been hurt most of the year, he is one of the best hitters in the country

Seems like that setup lead to the only win we had last weekend

Well a month ago we were leading the SEC. acting like the world was ending was stupid at that time. We also still had Henry a month ago.

Fans like you cry after every loss every year. A broken clock is right twice a day too

I’ll agree with that. But let’s not act like this was last year when we lost a former freshman all-American pitcher and Smith for the season. Both were going to be counted on highly and losing them left a huge hole. On a team that returned so much, losing three freshman to injuries shouldn’t be so devastating. They would have contributed substantially all year, but those three are not the difference in this team reaching Omaha.

This team has quit fellas

I don't think they are quitters. I just think they have lost confidence and swagger. What led to a big part of that was having a huge rally (vs Old Piss) dashed by the pitching staff giving up four runs in the very next inning. I think that deflated the hitters and buried the pitchers - that showed Tuesday night and is still lingering today. They better shake it off in a hurry or this season will end just like last year did.
