Interesting tibit:

The last time an LSU freshman pitcher threw 6 innings and gave up less than 2 runs on a Friday night in March when gametime temperature was above 80 degrees with less than 5 mph winds against a team from the state of Florida was in 1962 when LSU beat Embry-Riddle in a 13-3 rout
