Let's hope the umps give Bama all of their calls for the weekend tonight. I'm not sure a close call has gone LSU's way yet. We're due some in the next two games.

Amen. After a year in the desert, I go into withdrawal without my weekly dose of chicken schwarma, hummous, tabouli and stuffed grape leaves.

I was always amazed that Baton Rouge could support three different chains of middle-eastern/greek joints. I would hit the Arzi's north of campus a lot, but the wife and I became partial to Roman's (also Syrian, I think) while we were dating. The place over by the Marriott wasn't bad either.
Something about the petroleum eng. program and a lot of middle eastern students, I think.
