Gausman struggled in the 2nd inning and gave up a few hits and a couple runs but he has since had back-to-back 3 up, 3 down innings.

I don't. I think I know the rules for SEC games but I am not as sure about non-conference games.

G could be right i know that's the rule for conference games. I doubt it is different for non-conference but the ncaa has done stranger things.

That's not the rule for conference games. If a conference game is stopped, it picks back up where it stops the next day. If it stops on a Sunday after 5 innings, it's official but games that are postponed on Fridays and Saturdays are completed.
