I think Austin Bain is a legit Sunday starter similar to Alsup a few years ago. He might pad the stats early on by pitching mid-week until either Valek or Poche struggle. (Doubtful Poche goes anywhere tho)

A few years back we missed the tourney despite a strong RPI, the committee specifically cited our lack of a challenging non-conference schedule as a reason.
The problem is that the University makes a good bit of money for each home game so it is difficult to justify a home and home or a true road trip.
I would like to see us aggressively schedule good cold weather teams early in the season if we aren't going to land a solid home and home. It'll require a decent guarantee for the visitor, but some of the Big 10, Big XII teams would surely bite.

Yes, BUT if you are in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Mobile or the area in Texas from Beaumont to Houston it will be blocked out.
I will have to load Hot Spot Shield on my new computer. I assume it will be blacked out on the Roku also and there won't be a way to get around it if it is - that I know of anyway.

They was a tigerdroppings stream last year for games on CST. Hopefully that will be around again.

It's gone. The streaming site that the games were carried on has been shut down.

I broadcasted the LSU games there.. I still do it on a blog and ustream.. the blog is lsustream.blogspot.com, but i might consider doing the game wednesday on youtube (not sure if they will dmca or not) but this way people could watch via their smart tv youtube app or via xbox/streaming device.
