Note: I will be traveling to Miami tomorrow and will miss most of the game. It's up to you folks.

Is the fielding usually this poor or were the hog players intimidated by the mystique that is LSU BASEBALL?

Arky's fielding is usually worse than what we saw tonight

Arky fields like they're running through a pigsty for some reason.

That was pretty bad tonight---worse makes me wonder how they are a top 10 team.

because those errors normally don't come back to bite them like they did tonight. can't give a team like LSU 4 outs in an inning. most teams in college though it doesn't matter.

Don't take me too far as I'm not jumping off the cliff here, but what makes that infield worth fielding?? I mean the hitting isn't anything special, the defense is atrocious. The catcher at least throws out a lot of guys, so I guess I'd keep him, but is this the best the state of Arkansas can produce with regards to defensive/offensive infielders? I could see it if they all hit like Bregs, but I didn't see anybody that stood out at the plate tonight. yeah Nola had a lot to do with that, but without diving into their stats and researching the hell outta them my scouting report said high school infield sans catcher with quality pitching

#LSU wins 6-2, Nola fans 10 in complete game gem. Stroking contrast between LSU's brilliant defense (2 more gems in 9th) and Hogs' awful D.

UNC gave up 8 runs so now Ar-Kansas is number 1 in the nation in runs allowed. That's got to count for something!

Defense - Runs Per Game
1. Arkansas 2.5
2. North Carolina 2.6
3. LSU 2.6
4. UC Irvine 2.8
5. Central Arkansas 2.9
6. Mississippi State 3.0
