SOL has little to do to with state law, as with most criminal matters. Sex crimes have a shorter time frame for obvious reasons.
As to my comment about intent, I meant that if Mingo is in violation of the law I do realize lack of intent does not matter.
Back to my first point, you clearly have little education. If you did, you would I know that the provisos of criminal law do not allow you to come back 25,35, or 45 years later saying he or she did what

By the way, show me what they have on him when saying the allegations are out. He’s been charged. Period. LSU or not Due Process must still reign

Sorry, this story rings true! I don't believe its made up. I had a young lady that use to work for me that was dating an LSU football player, a former #18, and she use to always say, they always made fun of him for being a virgin and being weird around females. One of her friends dated him an was his date for his draft party, she says she ghosted him soon after and never talks about him at all.
