Good post Dat but I'm still pissed at you for calling me an idiot when I was right on that TD pass to Dural. Harris admitted as I stated that the ball was thrown to Smith not to Dural as you claimed!!!!

So Alabama is what, 2nd in run defense this year? Are they the only team who gets to subtract sack yardage from their run defense numbers? I don't understand this. Plus, your reason for the run defense being overrated is they maul the QB Good work.

Damn't you Bama tard. Read the OP, check the link and then get back to doing Gump things.

Bama is not the Great Wall of China that everybody has been making it out to be for weeks now.

Nice post in the beginning of this thread. However let's see how Harris does in this environment. This will be his first real test on the road with 100,000 people screaming at him. Plus giving Saban two weeks to prepare can be a problem for lsu' offense. Yes lsu will run the ball on bama. Zero turnovers is the key for lsu in this game. I have them winning 27-16. I have said since before the season started that this is not your top notch bama team this year. A very very good defense though, imo bama hasn't come close to seeing a defense like they will tomorrow.

Ole Miss won the game. Congrats to them. They got 24 points off of 77 yards of offense.

Bama scored 21 points against A&M on 3 pick six's. Without those you lose that game. What's your point?

Some really good points that you make. One thing I noticed watching the Bama vs Tennessee game was they have trouble getting pressure on the QB with their front four....their sacks seem to come from blitzers.

Thanks for the info !!

Go Tigers !!

Saban has had two weeks to prepare the last few years and it wasn't our offense that lost the game last year

Why do people no understand: all rushing attempts are not created equal. Tennessee is a different running team than LSU. They use various run schemes out of multiple formations. LSU lines up in the I and runs right at defenses. Yes they do utilize small amounts of zone reads and other run schemes but by and large they will attack from the I between the tackles. I just don't see this matchup favoring LSU. Bama has an extremely heavy defense that excels at plugging up inside runs. Hope I'm wrong but I don't see this ending well

This is 100% wrong. First of all LSU has a much more diversified offense than UT. UT runs out of the spread, they really do not have a lot of variance in their run schemes.

LSU on the other hand shows spread and I formation, they several different styles of run plays, even out of the I. I formation does not mean they just run between the tackles. Watch the Auburn game and see LSU pulling both guards on toss sweeps, that is an outside run with a convoy escorting Fournette to the edge. LSU shows a lot of different looks on offense, they are one of the more diverse attacks in the SEC, mixing elements from various systems...they have several good ways to attack Bama, I think you are stuck in 2014.

Great post and observation.

Special Teams better step it up in this game and make Bama work from a long field position.

It all sounds good...You bend it how you want but Ark and Wisconsin both only rushed for +/- 40...Bama has a typical Saban Defense which will be damn solid...Bending those numbers may help sleep better and make you feel better...Fact is it's going to be a MFers as usual and will boil down to who makes the fewest mistakes. I just pray Miles has our boys Coached up and minds right!
