We attended the game with the Traveling Tigers. I knew they would assign us the worse seats--high in the end zone. I'm not complaining about the seats.

The noise is unbearable! All kinds of gimicky sounds all game long such as "I can't hear you," frequent chimes, elephant growels, jungle music, etc. Actually, it's worse than the MSU cowbells.

Why doesn't the SEC monitor this?

Even though they improved the exterior appearance of ths stadium the seating arrangement and access to the seats is terrible.

I was there as well and thought it was absolutely electric. Very impressed with the intensity of fans from start to finish and want tiger stadium to up its game a little.

They were on a different level and sounds were mixed in perfectly to get the crowd pumped up. Why can't we do this? Had to respect it, but that being said I would've loved nothing more than to silence them

Its set up more like a WWF event than a football game which kindof matches the intelligence of a lot of the fans. It really is my least favorite in game atmosphere I have been too. The access to the upper decks is a cluster and a horrible design. The endzone seats are 20 rows higher than the sideline portion which is stupid.

I agree. I actually wore 28dB earplugs and the piped in noise was still unpleasant to me.

Band playing, music playing, etc is within rules as long as it is not during the play. (just like those awful cowbells)

Honestly, I think they have one of the nicest stadiums in the country. They really do have 100,000 seats. Not like Tennessee who crams 100,000 into an 80,000 seat stadium

Thanks. I really want to personally make a return visit to TS. I haven't been since the expansion. I also want to see aTm. Have heard nothing but super nice things about it.

Fun fact: When Bryant-Denny stadium was expanded to 101,821, the same year, without any construction, Tennessee started listing their the STADIUM capacity at 102,000. (not SEATING capacity)

Worst stadium experience I've ever had. Will never go back. Piped in music and Cochran screaming the entire game. I literally still have an earache and it had nothing to do with fans screaming

Oh,I believe it. You have to sit sideways at Neyland. Other than getting run over like an 18-wheeler and the miserable weather, the stadium itself is/was fine. Very nice. The replay screens are the right size. I'm starting to grow into ours. Of course, at B-D I was sitting around Mars in U-3.

the piped in music sucks, but other than that, it's a tremendous stadium and environment. And the campus is pretty nice too. Overall, great place to watch a college game.

Just because we got destroyed doesn't make this any less true.

I have made this trip 5 times since 2005. I will never go inside the stadium again.

The atmosphere may be "electric", but it's not LSU electric or Georgia electric or Florida electric. It's electric because of all the electricity they use playing fricking music and sound effects and that goddamn ginger motherfricker screaming "YEAH YEAH YEAH" until almost the second the opposing team steps to the line to snap the ball. I was on the last row of the SW endzone (SS-11) and the artificial noise/music was almost unbearable. I can't imagine how it sounded to the players or people in the lower bowl.

I'm associated with a great tailgate and will always make the trip to T-Town, but I'm never wasting better than a c-note for that stadium again.

It was absolutely awful awful awful.

frick Brian Dennehy Stadium.

I've been twice and won't be back. Sat in the lower bowl on like the 30 the first time. It was mostly older people around us, but they were all rude. Second visit I was on the last row in the uppers. Not much better there. Everything about the stadium felt artificial, if that makes sense. I thought about that when I was watching the game Saturday and could hear them shouting through the PA System, "I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!" It's so cringe worthy.
