1. firing miles a year or 2 to late.
2. our clown AD hiring a career dline coach as our HC basically handing the west to bama and auburn for the foreseeable future.
3 our unqualified HC paying out of the arse for an OC that didnt even last 12 months
4. promoting another position coach to one of the 3 most important figures and a cfb staff.

An OC that never had full control, autonomy, call it what you want, but Orgeron lied to the man. He never had control over his offense. and it is his offense because he's the fricking OC. Not Tom, O, Ens, and whoever fricking else.

This was Bama's goal in hiring Saban all along. They couldn't stand the success LSU and UF were having. So they got Saban and won in 09. Auburn winning in 10 pissed them off. The narrative in 11 was that it was supposed to be they're year. They never counted on Miles and co putting together that year with that schedule much less beating them in their own house.
The idea that the narrative going into the 11 Natty would be about Les Miles and the two schools he coached was intolerable to Saban and Bama. A complicit ESPN, SEC front office, and national media trumped up Bama and has been ever since.
It's not just us who feel this way. My sister went to Texas and still bitches about the 2011 all-SEC rematch.
They haven't just broken this fan base. They've broken college football.
Lose the most consequential game on your schedule. Dont worry. Youre Bama. You're in.

Saban killed the SEC. It's the cold hard truth. IF you don't believe me take a long hard look around all the programs that had to reset itself and some that are so bad off I don't see improving for some time. The SEC historically has had 5 old Guard programs that have/had national significance-Bama, Tennessee, LSU, Georgia, and Auburn. and Since the 90's you can throw Florida in the equation. But the 5 you cannot argue with. Now the SEC only has two national significant programs with Auburn on the fence. It's not just the LSU fan base; it's widespread throughout the conference. SEC teams are starting to adapt. Sadly, LSU is not one of them. I just don't care anymore.
