Going into last night's game, Bama had been called for pass interference or defensive holding a grand total of 3 times in 14 games. That's impossible.

Just curious where the refs were from? I didn't think they were horrible.

Big 12 officials called the game. I thought overall, they called a good game. I agree with you that it's nice to see Alabama get called for infractions they commit (for a change).

Agreed. It reminds me of the 2012 Alabama team that was called for offensive holding maybe nine times all season. What a joke.

Yeah, there definitely should have been a targeting call or two made last night! I know what i saw with my own eyes & that is about as blatant as you could get. Penalty & fine all day long in NFL.

Also remember when one of our dbs got called for targeting & never made contact with the wr. It was in the earlier years of targeting rule....sideline pass at home. Cant remember vs who or who it was on. (Chad Jones maybe)

I remember Loston getting called for it (might not have been targeting at that time) at TAMU for trying to lay somebody out. Missed and ended up in the sideline, but was called.

Maybe he made some contact, but it was minimal... not for lack of trying.

Loston....that's who i was thinking of!!! Yeah, he was definitely trying to deliver a kill shot - but totally wiffed! Was flagged for targeting eventhough he made no helmet to helmet contact!!

Compare that to last night.
