After every game? I might be wrong but I don't remember that to be the case. LSU usually does their thing in CF and the team does their own high five line. I've only seen both teams do a handshake line after the last game of a series. See quotes from two separate articles below:

They were Top 10 for 9 weeks. They finished the regular season at #11. Dropped to #17 after losing a meaningless bowl game where players from both teams sat out and no one gave a damn. Don't be obtuse.

Those plays by outfielders are just as important and legit as the HRs. Think Ray Wright 2000.
