As far as I've seen, no one's posted any real evidence that he is. For the record, I haven't read the whole thread, and I'm still expecting Ritter, but the possibility that it's someone else is still open.

What did the official say after he heard from the replay official? When they first made the call neither of the officials made an out of bounds call. They just ruled it incomplete. Neither one gestured that it was because PP was out of bounds.
