Bain "I wish I had longer"

I hope he tries to play MLB.

I wish he could play longer too. Bain is a true tiger and after this season has become one of my favorite baseball players to ever suit up for LSU

Good luck to him.

He gave LSU everything he had.

I'm just glad Bain finally stared the ump down last night.

Mainieri should have been tossed in the first. Not saying we had a shot to win, but damn that ump was squeezing the crap out of fontenot.

yes Bain tried his best and always sweated his arse off it just too bad he was surrounded by players who were soft

agreed he was making us put it on a tee...

that umpire was scratched by atm when they were in big 12 and as they moved to the sec he just stayed in big 12 cause atm scratched him....he even screwed atm over against Texas one yr when he is from college station and went to atm, so yeah he is do do

Bain is my favorite LSU baseball player to watch in recent memory. Even over Bregman. Unheralded and came out of nowhere (essentially). Doubles machine and didn’t seem scared of anyone.

Disclaimer: I put Russell Reynolds close to second simply for his going at SE Louisiana for the hat check...

Dude was a bulldog and a hell of a competitor. Wish we had him for longer

Can we petition the NCAA for another year of eligibility for Bain?

I don’t think I’d call the Jordans “soft”.

Calling players soft is a lazy blanket statement with nothing to back it up. All it means is that the guy sitting at home watching on TV doesn't think the player is playing hard enough. "If he just tried harder he would hit that 1-2 breaking ball for a double"

Bet you wouldn’t call them anything to their face. Also. Do the stats back up that they’re double play machines?

I understand your frustration, but I’ve seen both Jordans work as hard as anyone to help the team be it getting HBP or sitting the bench. Beau came through a lot this year early on. Are they MLB talent? I have no idea but it seems they have grit for sure.

They're 5'6". I wouldn't because I'm respectful, not because they're intimidating. FWIW, I know you weren't talking to me... Just saying.

They aren’t 5’6” and I’m pretty sure both are at least close to 200lbs.

Like I said, I wouldn't say anything to them because I'm a respectful adult who appreciates LSU student-athletes. I'm sure both are upstanding young men.
