I don’t know. He hit a guy without throwing a single strike and had a near grand slam caught on the track. I wouldn’t exactly say it was a great outing

It's hard to separate out the mental and the mechanics with him. It's probably a combination of the two.

Yeah at some point you gotta reset and sling it into the strike zone and let the movement bail you out. Who will we see in the 8th?

Nice inning for Shores right there. In or around the strike zone close enough to make the batter make a hard decision on each pitch.

Historically, Shores has gone to shite in these scenarios.
