Losing sucks but losing to the biggest cheaters in football is worse. I’m still not over the 2006 game.

Would be nice to have a repeat of the 2015 game after getting destroyed in 2014.

I’m OK with the defense having a revenge theme or mindset, but the offense just needs to focus on figuring out how to get better at run and pass blocking.

Highly doubt we see a rushing performance like that game.

That's how you know last year was just a weird year. I haven't even been thinking of these games as revenge games. I think bad losses stay in your mind longer when it's a full house and the opposing fans are chanting stuff and rubbing it in. Last year was basically just a bunch of mostly empty stadiums.

If the team plays well on the basis of it being a revenge game then we should be in for a pretty fun year.

I get most upset about the Patrick Peterson pick that wasn’t vs Alabama in 2009. But that 2006 game is definitely worthy of some good old fashioned hate too.

To my knowledge that leaping penalty on Prude for the field goal in '04 was the only one called that year.

Yeah I was at that 2006 game. Worst cheat job I ever saw. Team was loaded and if they hadn’t been robbed would have rematched with Florida in sec title with a national title game berth on the line.

Is this team capable of that?

Easily top 3 worst calls in CFB history.

If Finley plays and plays the way he did for LSU in last year's game vs. Auburn, you would have to like LSU's chances.

2014 - Auburn beats LSU 41-7
2015 - LSU beats Auburn 45-21

2021 - ????

We usually respond well the year after Auburn blows us out. Let's keep that trend going

Seeing their QB and head coach both laughing on the sidelines after the let’s-rub-it-in throw for long TD pass in 4th Qtr is what irked me the most. Irony is coach got fired and Nix is on the bench. Wouldn’t mind a little rub-it-in-your face payback on Sat. Night. Geaux Tigers!

Can’t let them break LSU’s 20 yr unbeaten streak at home.
