yeah, this team is sorely missing in both departments...

sorry, but it's been that way for a good 5 years now.

Agree. I think this is the biggest problem.

This is the problem. The team takes on the attitude and mindset of the head coach. Miles is a calm, passive leader. So is the team. Very different from the Saban mindset that we are used to. His teams play with relentless effort and domination. I miss this. I'm tired of miles' passive attitude. We will never be elite with this attitude( don't bring up '07)... That was a team that had the dominant attitude left over from saban.

IMO...even with our talent...we will always be behind FLA and ALA until LSU demands better and hires a young, aggressive coach with an attitude of totally destroying the opponent. 9-3, 10-2, etc on a consistent basis with miles is fine, but that wall always keep us out of the National Title picture and a tier 2 team. I love LSU. I just want our program to have and attitude !!!! Flame away !!!

Queing up the 2003 LSU vs. Florida Loss. The Zooker game, complete with the 13 penalties & Zero Offensive scoring, Egglet. I brought tissues...

I agree with this. Miles' teams seem to lack a sense of urgency until late in the fourth quarter when a miracle is needed to win the game. The team should have a sense of urgency from the first play of the game.

Saban's 2004 team would have to disagree, and I not saying this to back up Miles.

I about lost my shite on the one drive it looked like we were finally going to get something going, but a couple penalties later its now 1st and 20+ and with JJ running the offense we may as well punt in that situation

I have pointed this out since he first arrived, and it's not just the stupid penalties. Not remotely. It's the overall sloppy play.
