I don’t think the Tennessee LSU one is available yet. I just moved here and went and registered my truck last week and there is no LSU one.
I emailed the lady with LSU Nashville alumni group and she said they didn’t get enough pre-orders but that she was trying to work with the legislators on getting it pushed through

Foghat is correct. Well first of all you have to see if Arkansas even allows out of state colleges to have license plates. If so, then you may have to go through the process we are going through right now in AL where they want a pre-commitment of a certain # of orders before they will make it official. In our case, we need 250 pre-orders and we have 1 year to do it. So far we have 56 out of 250 and it hasn't even been 2 days so we are track! Good luck with Arkansas.
