Ree, you can try to complicate things all you want. But if your hero O doesn’t do better than the last coach who was rightfully fired, then frick you for pumping him. 11-1 or better this year and you’ll have a point.

We all already knew you would pass on him because your allegiance is to coaches who haven't been successful their entire career.
Herman was the OC at Texas State, Rice, Iowa State and Ohio State. The offenses for all these programs greatly improved while he was there and a few of them were Top 10 offenses.
He's a Broyle's award winner who's been highly successful at every program he's been hired to coach. He left the offenses at these programs in much better shape than he found them.
He went 22-4 in his first 2 seasons as HC at Houston and his first season at Texas, the Lonhorns had their first winning season since 2013.
He went 9-3 in regular season last year (7-2 Big 12) and Texas played in the Big 12 championship game for the first time since 2009. His Texas team beat Georgia in the Sugar Bowl and Texas got its first 10 win season in a decade.
Everything I posted about Herman above is 100% true and it's reality. Tom Herman's success and the attention that he receives from that success is the reason that you don't like him. You're not fooling anyone and your envy towards him is completely transparent.
