At the start of the season O said the o-line was a strength.

Has he changed his mind?
Also, last season he said the defense was better than at any time in 2019.
How can he be so wrong each year??

And anyone listening knew it was a lie on par with "Defense looks better than it ever did last year."

It's not that he's wrong, it's that he is intentionally lying to the fan base. It's becoming obvious that you can't trust a single word out of his mouth.

Maybe he knows how shitty the O Line is and how shitty the defense was last year so he used reverse psychology to try and make them better? At least in his mind?

Les said this every year
We at least could guarantee 1-2 rushing touchdowns a game with Les.

It is called coachspeak also known as prevarication.

In all honesty, I expected the trenches on both sides of the ball to be a strength for us this year. The majority of starters are returning starters from last year, most of the DLine is upperclassmen, and the talent is there. We just can't put it all together on the field apparently which I believe is an indication of a coaching problem.

Les was an idiot too.
I would love to see Les and Ed take an IQ test to see which one was truly the bigger idiot.

Les never allowed his O-line get this bad.

At this point, I don’t know who is dumber, Orgeron or the people that believe anything he says.

Some kind of reverse psychology. However, in football it isn't smart to raise expectations.

Only a handful, but so many paid to post on message boards to build the propoganda machine. They blasted Aranda all the time, yet praised O.
The writing is on the wall now. It's over.

Les scrimmage stats are my favorite thing ever.

Unfortunately there is a word limit for posts. How much time you got?

O is honest to a fault. I honestly genuinely believe that he believes 99% of what he says.
He tells the truth (at least what he thinks is true) way more than not. It's an arrogance problem

He's the 3rd highest paid head coach in his profession, and yet
- misevaluates the talent of his own team,
- has no backup plan for center or left tackle,
- utilizes players from Harvard and McNeese as starters,
- is several scholarships under the limit,
- has lost his two best coordinators and many assistant coaches,
- has 10+ transfers out and what appears to be 3 recruiting classes in a row that are largely gutted.
3rd highest paid coach in the country for this.
