Hopefully Joe Brady is, in fact, the answer

I mean, the amount of hype being placed on this kid is absolutely absurd

Yes he does. Even when he was at LSU.

It's 15-7. You never say the losing score first.
Another reason to hate you.

In the past 3 years, here's the total points scored by Alabama on their for SECw(+ permanent e) opponents

Arkansas - 155
Auburn - 97
Texas A&M - 105
Ole Miss - 178
Tennessee - 152
Miss State - 106
LSU - 63

When Bama is running up and down the field on your defense like that, your going to have a lot more possessions to score too.

more excuses.

If you want to back that up, please provide the TOP and number of possessions for each team vs. Bama, so we can get a better comparison.

I quickly did that for 2018. Bama's opponents' points, TOP, and number of possessions:

Arky: 31 points, 32:56, 12 drives
Auburn: 21 points, 34:37, 14 drives
A&M: 23 points, 32:36, 13 drives
Ole Miss: 7 points, 25:40, 16 drives
Tenn: 21 points, 27:27, 12 drives
Miss State: 0 points, 26:05, 12 drives
LSU: 0 points, 24:42, 11 drives

So in 2018, these opponents averaged 17.2 points against Bama with an average of 13.2 possessions. We scored 0 points on 11 possessions. Your argument (at least for 2018) fails.

This will likely come down to how much authority CEO/Ensminger gives Brady.

Jesus Harry and Joseph, if this season comes down to giving full offensive authority to a 30 year old intern who has never coordinated an offense or called his own plays may the dark lord Saban have mercy on us all

I’ve got way more confidence in Ensminger than I do some fricking coffee boy, at least for now. The O/Prince spin machine went into overdrive with this one

With a fully integrated Burrow and better talent in the backfield all we have to do is let the game come to him and Joe will be ready to get us to 11-1. Burrow is ready to light shite up this year and it won’t be because of Joe fricking Brady.

Trying to rebuild the house with a damn kid that carried Payton’s clipboard for two years would be counterproductive and likely lead to a jumbled mess of an offense, much like we saw in 2017 that cost us games we should have won.

I'm not trying to justify it asshat. I'm simply pointing out that LSU has always been conservative against Bama because we've always hoped to win with good defense and avoiding turnovers. Other programs have had to try to outscore Bama. While you are at it, why don't you go back and see how much of that is garbage yardage and garbage points because Bama jumps out to a big lead and coasts with backups.

Arky: 31 points - After being down 48-14
A&M: 23 points - Down 18 at halftime
Ole Miss: Down 49-7 at halftime
Tenn: 21 points - Down 52-14 2 minutes into the 2nd half

None of those stats matter, the stat that matters is Ws. Alabama is 20-1 against all those teams, he one loss coming against Auburn in 17. Where did all those points and yards get all those other teams?

L-town. It doesn't matter how you get there.

I believe that the offense will be totally different and the reason for the drastic change is bc we had trouble scoring vs Bama. Idk what your purpose was for the op but you can bet your arse that this offense is gonna put up points.
