If you go look at O's coaching turnover while he was at Ole Piss..... looks very similar to what we are seeing at LSU. A lot of turnover in a short period of time.

It's one thing if they are leaving for a promotion but that didn't appear to be the case at Ole Miss.

I get Aranda left for a HC spot and Brady left for NFL OC spot..... but O was ready for Aranda to go.

This says a lot if you ask me!!

Coach O admits he was an a-hole at Ole Miss, and he no doubt ran a lot of folks off with his approach to handling employees. There may still be a little of that at LSU, but I don’t think that is the primary problem we have now.

He fired his 1st OC for averaging 13.5 ppg.
That was the only Coordinator he fired at Ole Miss.

When Nick Saban took the head coaching job at LSU, an airplane was sent to East Lansing to pick up the assistant coaches that wanted to join Nick at LSU. Guess how many of them got on the airplane.

It says he doesn't know either how to hire, he is not easy to work with, or he overreacts and fires people before they have a chance to get the job done. I know this because I run a business therefore I hire and fire people.

And yes, O admitted he was an a-hole at Ole Miss... but the one consistent thing is how much staff turnover he has here.... Multiple DL coaches, WR Coaches, RB Coaches, OL Coaches, DC's, and PGC's... in just 4 full seasons.

I hope he succeeds and I hope this is just an odd coincidence, but I don't see how anyone can't find this alarming.
