I don't like the I am Ashamed to be a Tiger thing but I have backed off and thought about what both sides had to deal with. I understand how it came down to cancel this game based on Friday being storm day and you never know what will happen with a hurricane and it's Friday morning and you still don't know.
Bite the bullet and play the Gators on 11/19 and make the best of it. Our South Bama game means nothing but playing the Gators will mean a great deal !!!

Some of you seem to look for something to have shame about. Well, I am not ashamed of being pissed off for being deceived and screwed by our own conference Commisioner and having him manipulated at LSU's expense.
I tell you what when I see the rest of the SEC cancel games on the same weekend out of some so called concern for the deceased then I will be happy to do the same. However genius, USC is simply playing their game with UGA a day later on Sunday so I suppose you are really outraged at those two schools because they are playing their game.

It's a message board....to rant about football. Talking about the game (or lack thereof) is in no way related to concern about the impact of the hurricane, especially for those of us from Louisiana who know a thing or two about natural disaster. Were you feeling this self-righteous when my home town was under water this past August? Probably not.
Why don't we have a Sanctimony board where all of these morally superior people can congregate and talk amongst themselves so we don't have to read it.

Let me see if I understand you. LSU has a natural disaster before a home game and they are expected to relocate all the way in Arizona, and reschedule games to a Monday night.
Florida has a potential natural disaster and LSU is the one who is expected to lose a home game, break a contract with someone else and reschedule this game in between their toughest games of the season, playing 3 SEC games in 13 days.
