Obviously there are more, but that doesn't fit my narrative.

1. Don't give an extension to a coach that isn't being courted by another program.

2. Don't schedule a triple option football team.

Joe has already failed at 1 with the scheduling of Georgia Southern in 2019. Nothing good comes from scheduling a triple offense football team. Don't mess this up even further, Joe.

it's the first game of the season, so it shouldn't be that bad.

I wouldn’t count on that.

That'll suck when their offensive linemen dive into our defensive linemens legs.

NARRATIVE

I'm pretty sure that's exactly how his PD reads....

And you obviously have not watched LSU play triple option teams in the modern era ... Last time they played the best T-op team (GT) In that state, we crushed them...

LSU did not schedule Georgia Tech. That was a bowl game.

The point isn't that it's hard to stop.. if you schedule them, you schedule them week 1 (like LSU did). The point is that it's dangerous for defensive linemen.

haven't you heard? we don't recruit DL anymore, going with an all-LB lineup. dive all you want, fake GSU, our baws will be able to dodge you.

Well I agree it was a bowl game ... And it can be dangerous for interior linemen ... Which wasn't in your narrative...

Easy win !!

Well Alabama’s AD has failed this multiple times over the past couple of years. Seems Bama is playing a triple option team every year.

Oklahoma did this year as well, and they went to OT

3. Don't lower expectations of your program.

Les Miles: went 9-3 with a terrible offense. FIRED

Ed O: went 9-3 with a a terrible offense. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! A great year!

You give extensions when it benefits your program nitwit.

Being that virtually EVERY so called expert (& probably you too) predicted LSU to be no better than 6-6 or maybe 7-5 I would say it is wise to show support for recruiting purposes if nothing else.

Absolutely NOBODY and I mean NOBODY predicted LSU to be 9-3 (9 points from being 11-1) and going to the Fiesta Bowl in a NYD6 Bowl while playing one of the toughest schedules in the country.

An extension is deserved. Bonuses to Asst Coaches are deserved and why is this so important to some of you anyway? If LSU gives an extension it has no negative effect on the Program nor does it cost you a damn penny.

You are just bitching for a personal reason and probably because you simply do not like Coach O. Deal with it.

Les went 8-5 in 2014 and 9-3 (while getting blown out three consecutive weekends to close the regular season),

Orgeron took a team with low expectations and went 9-3 against a difficult schedule.

Miles is gone and you should let his tenure rest in peace.

They actually have 3 jobs. The 3rd job is provide free tailgate areas that are within the same zip code as the stadium.
