One simple question for you, would you have been a hardo about the kids smoking cigars in the locker room?

What a pussy arse mall cop for pressing charges.
frick him.

For the record, I think the cop handled the whole cigar issue poorly. Instead of confronting the players, he should have talked to a coach, an admin or someone with the support staff.
Exactly. Have a ball boy or equipment manager go around and collect them from everyone. It is no big deal.
This was a complete sh** show and is being blown up out of proportion.

The police shouldn't just pick and choose which laws they decide to enforce and look the other way because "famous person", especially when video of it is all over national news. They had no choice but to respond.
Somebody said the cigars weren't "illegal" anyways. If that's true, someone needs to turn around and file harassment and abuse of authority charges ASAP.
You have to think the NFL, NBA and NCAA are looking at this and thinking "look at this chickenshit. Do we want to risk dealing with this too? Maybe we should take NOLA out of the rotation for events".

What’s the security guard going to do? He doesn’t have any jurisdiction to do a fricking thing
The security guard won’t do anything, but if its on camera you know good and well that something’s going to happen.

Exactly. NOPD comes off looking petty as frick.

Why is there no smoking in the locker room?

Dude was embarrassed
Y’all are making fun of him & calling him a cocksucker, a loser, a douche based off the video, you think he isn’t getting that from people on the streets?

yep...that carries a maximum $1,000 fine. OBJ handed more than that out...

NOPD looking for their 15 min of fame with all of this.

I’m not sure why you keep saying this. The fact is, it WAS on video. It is evidence that OBJ touched the man, and it will be successfully argued that the video exacerbated the man’s humiliation.

People touch each other all the time. How many times have you sat next to someone at a sporting event or elsewhere and you get smacked on the shoulder? "Hey did you see that?" Happens all the time?
IF LEOs arrested everyone for ever touching another person without their express permission, court system would be backed up for the next century.
MOST people ignore it and move on.

Gotta be a female, right?? Nevermind, saw the video it was a middle-aged White guy. Lol Beckham doesn't have any sense whatsoever. Lol
but for NOPD to issue an arrest warrant for this shite is really low, they are a tick tack operation if I ever saw one. But everyone already knew this, shite!
