Arky defense suffered complete collapse in the bottom of the 9th. Mental as well as physical breakdowns made it quite clear that LSU is imprinted in indelible ink in Arky's collective head. Arkansas simply refused to take the win that was right there on the table in front of them. It was just like a scripted movie-after all... that's the only way that could happen in reality ,right? Wrong-it really happened and it was epic.

It is a heartbreaking loss for them. This is the last time they will be together as a team and they have had a heck of a season after working hard to get to this point

Having a 2 run lead seems to have relaxed them a bit too much. I think they were already thinking about game 2 and had mental lapses.
