The problem with our guys is they start walking a shite ton of people when they are off. They can go from steady pitching to 2 walks and a hitter batter before you know it.

Beidelschies will start with his 6.56 ERA in SEC play, then the only other pitchers available with 10+ IP in SEC play are Carter (2.41 ERA in 18.2 IP), Foutch (4.15 ERA in 13 IP) and Bybee (4.45 ERA in 18 IP).

McEntire hadn’t pitched since May 17. He wasn’t heavily relied on in SEC play.
Coil is one of the better arms but doesn’t have a lot of SEC innings since he missed a chunk of the season with a back injury.

Thanks for the insight. I was wondering why he had such strong statistics overall, but was used sparingly in SEC games. He may be the best arm available to either team today. What’s the most innings he’s thrown in a game this season?
